Insights are durable knowledge artifacts captured from conversations (Data Rooms) and related sources. Each insight (also referred to as a note) contains summarized understanding, provenance, and links to underlying messages and document references. Insights let you persist, share, and reuse what a conversation discovered.

When to use Insights
You need persistent takeaways: Capture conclusions and key facts from a long or multi-session conversation.
You want shareable knowledge: Provide teammates with vetted summaries instead of full transcripts.
You need provenance: Keep links to documents and messages to support verification and re-processing.
You automate follow-ups: Feed insights into workflows (CRM updates, reports, tasks) without re-parsing raw chat.
